The journal strongly supports the open access initiative (no fee to publish or to read) and uses the  Attribution-4.0 International (CC BY 4.0).  

All articles published by the Meyafarqin Med J are made freely and permanently accessible online immediately upon publication, without subscription charges or registration barriers. The journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
